The Discovery Service
where.at.today helps people discover events, venues, artists, organizers, and ticket options. Listings may come from organizers, venues, ticket sellers, editorial research, and publicly available sources.
Schedules, prices, availability, age restrictions, and venue details can change. Confirm important details with the organizer or ticket seller before purchasing or travelling.
Accounts And Profiles
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, impersonation, repeated policy violations, or attempts to compromise the platform.
Event And Entity Submissions
You must have the right to submit the text, images, links, trademarks, and other material you provide. You remain responsible for its accuracy and legality.
You grant WAT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, format, reproduce, display, and promote submitted material for operating and marketing the platform and its listings.
- Submissions may be reviewed, corrected, approved, rejected, unpublished, or removed.
- Duplicate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or low-quality submissions may be declined.
- Editorial changes may improve clarity, categorization, structured data, and discoverability without changing the event's meaning.
Tickets And Third Parties
Unless WAT expressly states otherwise, ticket purchases and payments happen on third-party websites. Their prices, fees, refunds, delivery, privacy practices, and terms apply to those transactions.
A link or listing does not guarantee availability or constitute an endorsement. WAT is not the event organizer, venue, or ticket seller merely because it displays their information.
Acceptable Use
You may use the platform only for lawful, genuine event discovery and publishing purposes.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls without written permission.
- Do not submit malware, spam, fabricated events, deceptive ticket links, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Do not use WAT to harass people, impersonate others, or facilitate illegal or unsafe activity.
Intellectual Property
The WAT name, design, software, curation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party event, venue, artist, organizer, and ticket-seller names and assets belong to their respective owners.
Availability And Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, WAT does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, event quality, personal safety, ticket availability, or any particular outcome from using a listing.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, Law, And Contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
