Our Approach
where.at.today uses images to identify and describe events, artists, organizers, venues, and related cultural activity. We aim to use relevant imagery responsibly, preserve source context where available, and respond promptly when a rights holder raises a concern.
An image being publicly accessible online does not by itself mean that it is in the public domain or free to reuse.
Ownership And Rights
Images, artwork, posters, logos, photographs, and other visual material remain the property of their respective photographers, designers, artists, organizers, venues, agencies, publishers, or other rights holders unless expressly stated otherwise.
Publication on where.at.today does not transfer ownership to us and does not grant visitors permission to copy, download, modify, distribute, publish, license, sell, or otherwise reuse the material.
Image Sources
Imagery may be supplied by an organizer, venue, artist, ticketing or publishing partner; obtained from an official event or venue source; submitted through the platform; created or commissioned by where.at.today; or made available under a public-domain or other reusable licence.
Where an image is identified as public-domain or licensed material, its use remains subject to the applicable source terms, attribution requirements, and licence conditions. Publicly visible material is not described as public-domain unless that status can be supported.
Credits And Source Context
Where reliable credit or source information is available, we may identify the organizer, venue, artist, photographer, designer, publisher, source page, or licence. A source link or identifying label is provided for context and does not imply that the source granted rights beyond those it controls.
If a credit is missing or inaccurate, send us the page URL, a description of the image, the correct credit, and supporting source information so we can review it.
Correction, Replacement And Removal Requests
A photographer, designer, artist, organizer, venue, agency, publisher, or other rights holder may request a credit correction, source update, image replacement, or removal by emailing hello@at.today.
Include the where.at.today page URL, enough detail to identify the image, the right or relationship involved, supporting information, and the action requested. We may temporarily restrict an image while a credible request is reviewed and may ask reasonable questions needed to verify authority or resolve competing claims.
We will review credible requests promptly and may credit, correct, replace, restrict, or remove material as appropriate. Removing an image does not necessarily remove the factual event or venue listing associated with it.
Permission To Reuse
where.at.today can grant permission only for imagery that it owns or is specifically authorised to license. For third-party imagery, permission must be obtained from the relevant rights holder.
To ask whether we control a particular image, email hello@at.today with the image and page URLs, intended use, publication, territory, duration, and whether the use is commercial. We will confirm our position or direct you to a known rights holder where practical.
Image Rights Contact
Send image-rights, credit, licensing, and removal enquiries to hello@at.today with the subject line Image rights. Please do not send passwords, government identifiers, or unrelated personal information.
