Luna Et Sol is an immersive restaurant, cocktail bar and celebration space at Lodha World Crest in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The operator describes a living canvas whose ceiling shifts through projections of sunrise, snowfall, rainfall, golden skies and constellations. By day it takes the form of a candlelit Alpine retreat; by night, two bars and the Red Room create a more energetic setting. Chef Jason Hudanish’s menu draws on French technique, Swiss Alpine cooking and Italian simplicity, while the planetary cocktail programme uses local botanicals and theatrical presentation.
