An NCPA Library Presentation featuring Marathi readings from D. B. Mokashi’s stories in Kathamokashi, performed by Aishwarya Narkar, Prasad Phanse, Sharvari Patankar and Sharad Ponkshe at Little Theatre, NCPA, Mumbai, on 3 September 2026 at 6:30 pm. Entry is free; the programme is for ages 6+.

Marmabandh celebrates the stories of Sahitya Akademi Award-winning Marathi author D. B. Mokashi, whose writing portrayed ordinary lives with sensitivity, close observation and lyrical command of language. The programme presents selected stories from Kathamokashi, a collection of 25 short stories edited by Arvind Gokhale.

The Marathi readings are performed by Aishwarya Narkar, Prasad Phanse, Sharvari Patankar and Sharad Ponkshe. This is an NCPA Library Presentation supported by Jefferies. It takes place at Little Theatre, NCPA, Mumbai, on 3 September 2026 at 6:30 pm. Entry is free and registration is required; the age limit is 6+.
